MP Richard Arkless speaks to us from a locked down Westminster after 'terrorist attack'

Parliament is on lockdown after what police say is a 'terrorist attack'. One officer was stabbed and a man shot in the grounds of the Palace of Westminster. The Prime Minister has been escorted from the chamber for her own safety - and MPs have been told to stay put. Dumfries and Galloway MP Richard Arkless is one of them - he's just been speaking to our reporter Kerri-Ann Docherty.
