Direct rule Tory ministers - what are they going to impose on NI? Talks have collapsed after Sinn Fein said the latest phase of negotiations had run its course. So Sinn Fein are not nominating its Stormont leader Michelle O'Neill as Deputy First Minister today. That means no new Executive can be formed in time for this afternoon's deadline of 4pm.
