No local decisions made by locally elected representatives. No local politicians trying to reduce waiting lists. No local politicians with power. Direct rule Tory ministers - what are they going to impose on NI? Talks have collapsed after Sinn Fein said the latest phase of negotiations had run its course. So Sinn Fein are not nominating its Stormont leader Michelle O'Neill as Deputy First Minister today. That means no new Executive can be formed in time for this afternoon's deadline of 4pm. The DUP and Sinn Féin, blame each other, with the main sticking points being Irish language legislation and the legacy of the Troubles. So what now? Stephen talks to Sinn Fein MLA John O'Dowd.
