A Nolan Show exclusive. As most drivers will know if you get 12 penalty points on your licence you lose it. Well apparently that isn't always the case as the Nolan Show can reveal that there are currently 124 drivers in Northern Ireland that have 12 or more points on their licence and have not been disqualified from driving. With the highest having 20 points. So that is 124 people that have been deemed to have been driving in a manner that has earned them enough points on their licence that should disqualify them but they haven't?
