From what I read in an interview with Marilyn Mosby (prosecutor), they secured a court order for the text messages, but the BPD never turned them over...like literally to this day, the never complied with the court order. How sworn police officers retain their jobs and freedom after refusing to comply with a valid court order, I will never understand...

So same cops that are being accused of manhandeling Freddie are the "reliable" witnesses to this case. Really?? Like police don't lie? what about the other witnesses that were not cops, what about the cell phone videos, what about the city cameras??

so according to their

"recollection"... Freddie was just throwing himself all over the van, yelling, and shaking the wagon ALL BY HIMSELF! Yes... it was Freddie that had been shackled and probably had his neck injured at that point. Sure..... the officers did not do any harm to him ON the wagon, but what about before he was placed there?? IT'S ON VIDEO!!!

If you have any suspicion to law enforcement, why would you show videos to ANYONE without up loading them, saving them. sharing them first???

it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that Freddie was at that point hurt. The cops were freaking out and of course covering themselves... what about any communication between them, their cell phones, we're those looked into?? That the police control the video footage is ridiculous after the fact, why weren't those given to a third party right after the incident? so many questions, and at the end of the day, a young black boy was manhandled by the cops, and none of them were found guilty?? The whole thing is just ridiculous.
