Brother of Eagle Mountain woman who lost foot in Florida crash speaks

Raquel Leota of Eagle Mountain and her younger brother were both critically injured when a pickup truck plowed into their family Sunday night in Dania Beach, Florida. Leota's foot was severed. Investigators believe the driver responsible may have been impaired.
