Kent's Rio Ferdinand has been speaking out about dealing with the death of a loved one as part of a TV documentary that airs later.

The former England football captain lost his wife to cancer in 2015, leaving him a single parent to his three children.

Wendy Hills is from Pilgrims Hospice - who provide support across East Kent - and talks to us about the support available for those coming to terms with loss.

Rio Ferdinand: Being Mum and Dad is on the BBC tonight.
