Swiftwater danger rises on Utah rivers with snowmelt

Weber County Sheriff's Lt. Brandon Toll tells of a close call for a group of teens on the Weber River. Off-duty deputies saw them enter the river with tubes and no safety gear, in the midst of the cold spring snow melt.
