UTA says new "strict" reforms will keep them on the up and up from now on

Federal investigators have been looking at possible wrong doings within the Utah Department of Transportation, and announced today they came to an agreement that will not involve any criminal charges. Now, UTA says part of the deal was the devolpment of some new strict reforms.
