A proposal has been put forward for a stained glass window to be commissioned at City Hall to celebrate the contribution of LGBT citizens to life in Belfast. The motion was proposed by the first openly gay Deputy Lord Mayor of Belfast, Sinn Fein's Mary Ellen Campbell and was seconded by Alliance councillor Nuala McAllister. She joined Stephen this morning along with Rev David McIllveen, a former Free Presbyterian Minister.
