State troopers arrested Timothy Alan Wyatt over claims he tried to rape a woman at the Salt Lake Community College's Taylorsville campus. Jail booking documents say Wyatt waited 90 minutes for the attack, having prepared by covering light switch sensors and donning latex gloves.
