Daybreak developers say claims of troubles not characteristic

Some homeowners in an area of South Jordan's Daybreak Community have made claims, and are filing a lawsuit over what they say is shoddy construction that is now leading to damage at their homes.

But the community's developer and some home-owners say that is not their experience. KSL Newsradio's Marc Giauque has their side of the story.
