Utah judge's comments in rape sentencing

Utah district court judge Thomas Low has come under fire for calling a former LDS bishop convicted of rape a good man. KSL's Jeff Caplan spoke with reporter Dave Cawley about the possible range of penalties, if investigators determine the comment crossed ethical lines.
