I experienced two completely disparate styles of worship music today; here is the first.

I attended two different churches today: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I recorded a snippet of music from each service, and thought I'd share them because the contrast is so stark that it's actually amusing. This first one was performed by my own church choir. The piece is O Death Where is Thy Sting, from Handel's Messiah. Here are the words: O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God who giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
