Congressman Chris Stewart talks budget and North Korea

Members of Congress are headed back to Washington DC to put together a budget to avoid a partial government shutdown.
Representative Chris Stewart joined Brian and Amanda on Utah’s morning news where he also talked about returning from a trip to China where they discussed the threat of North Korea.
