MPs have called for former British soldiers to be shielded from prosecution over Troubles-related deaths. The controversial recommendation comes from the House of Commons Defence Committee. It's backing what's called a Statute of Limitations for former ex security force members. That would mean no investigations, no prosecutions in cases going back before the 1998 Good Friday Agreement. But does the report also float the idea of a wider amnesty? It says it will be a matter for the next Government to decide quote "whether the statute of limitations should also cover all Troubles-related incidents". Sinn Fein MLA Gerry Kelly reacts.
