'Never in 40 years had a ticket' - 80 year old blue badge holder in long fight over parking ticket

Parking tickets are always a hot topic on this show. 80 year old Brian McMullan received one after parking in Belfast City centre. He had his blue badge displayed and he believed he was parked in an appropriate place. Our reporter Nicola Weir has been speaking to Brian to find out why, after over a year, he's still fighting the fine.
