Fed to ‘walk the talk’- GKFX

James Hughes, Chief Market Analyst at GKFX says the Fed is likely to walk the talk this year, i.e. the Fed will raise rates three times in 2016 (two more rate hikes) as promised in December.

He says this is evident from the fact that Fed talked down the Q1 weakness in the economy and intends to raise rates as long as the financial markets are stable. “It’s all about keeping the markets stable... Maintaining the stability”, adds Hughes.
