A bill before the state House of Representative - HB5589 - would be an infringement on our first amendment rights. So says Zach Janowski, speaking for the Yankee Institute for Public Policy. Janowski is Director of External Affairs for YI. He says the bill would mandate the names of people who donate to nonprofit groups be made public.
