Former Waterbury State Rep. Selim Noujaim is accusing Connecticut Gov. Dannel P. Malloy of a record that doesn't measure up to his speeches. In a letter to the Republican-American newspaper, Noujaim said the governor was in Washington, D.C. expounding the benefits of expanding apprenticeship programs, while vetoing a bill he introduced in the legislature that would have done what the governor espoused. Noujaim talked about the letter in this interview. Podcast photo credit: #Peter Muller/Cultura/Getty Images Plus #manufacturing #apprenticeship #government #policy
