Are you for or against destination vow renewals?

Erica never had the big wedding she always wanted so for her and Jack’s 20 year anniversary she wants to do a vow renewal in Hawaii. She wants to invite family & friends but he says it's not appropriate to put anybody in that position due to expense. What do you think about this?
