San Juan Sheriff, 2 deputies accused of intimidating witness

The Utah Attorney General's office today filed criminal charges against San Juan County Sheriff Rickard "Rick" Elderege and two deputies, claiming they intimidated a fellow employee, then tried to cover it up.
