Warm weather=flood warnings

The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the Provo River and a flood watch for the Logan River. We ask KSL Meteorologist Dan Guthrie if the cooler temperatures expected this weekend will help to prevent those waters from rising too high. (Photo: Laura Seitz/Deseret News)
