Campaigners have welcomed plans to ban the use of wild animals in circuses performing in Scotland. The Scottish Government has set out proposals to 'strengthen animal welfare legislation', with a bill to ban the use of any wild animal in a circus - on ethical grounds. Should we follow suit?
