Accused killer of U.T.A. worker sentenced to life without parole
One of the two men who kidnapped, beat and killed a UTA worker while trying to flee police in another kidnapping case was sentenced today to life in prison without parole, plus 20 years. DJ Harrison's attorney said Harrison has agonized over his actions of a year ago. The family of the victim, Kay Porter Ricks, says they can forgive Harrison, but that Harrison will have to now live with the consequences. KSL Newsradio's Marc Giauque has more.
