Getting into employment is a major hurdle for people with visual impairments. The process of applying and employer attitudes are big factors in blind or partially sighted people not getting an interview, never mind an offer. However, projects from RNIB have been successful in securing opportunities for us to show our skills and prove ourselves to employers.
