Postcards From Sea - Port Antonio, Jamaica

Port Antonio, Jamaica. Rain, rain and more rain. As John Herlig points out, this is “not what the Jamaican Department of Tourism shows you in the TV commercials.” Follow John’s progress as he travels around the world aboard Ave del Mar, his painstakingly restored 1967 Rawson cutter. This is single-handed sailing on a budget and at its best. John is footloose and fancy free, and generous with his wit and wisdom. Boat Radio was LIVE for six hours on Wednesday May 17th. It was a fantastic experience and we plan to do it again as soon as we can. The entire six-hour broadcast came from the deck of Bonnie Lass – a beautiful classic Scottish fishing boat available for charter from Port de Sóller. The programme featured terrific guests and fantastic music from around the world, including an exclusive live performance, on the foredeck, from singer-songwriter Samuel Gough. You can hear the entire show, without music, at www.boatradio.live Or, if you prefer to hear the great selection of tracks, listen via ur Mixcloud account, https://www.mixcloud.com/BoatRadio/
