Shawn St. John is retired from the Hartford Police Department, after serving 20 years as a patrol officer, detective and sergeant. He is the Hartford program manager for Project Longevity, an initiative between law enforcement and the community. He and Hartford Police Sgt. Steven Austin talk about Project Longevity in this interview.
