A very special guest, on the 20th Anniversary of the first 'Born Free' rescue lions to arrive at the Shamwari Game Reserve, Pippa is joined by 'Born Free' actress and founder of the iconic wildlife organisation, Virginia McKenna. The reserve's most recent guests have just arrived, having been accompanied every step of the way by Virginia. After tragic lives in demeaning captivity, big cats Ciam and Nelson have finally been taken on 6,000-mile odyssey from Europe to South Africa where the two lions will be lavished with a lifetime of care in a spacious landscape surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wild.
