Trial of Soldiers accused of Rape in Juba Adjourned

The trial of Thirteen South Sudanese soldiers accused of raping foreign aid workers and murdering a national colleague has been adjourned.

The incident in the capital, Juba, last July happened as rival forces in the civil war clashed in the city.

The trial was however adjourned to June 06th by the General Court Martial sitting in Giada.

The acting Spokesperson of the Army, Col Santo Domic, explains why the proceeding was adjourned.
