The police have told the Nolan Show that they're running undercover operations to catch thieves and vandals who've been targeting Belfast Bikes. Belfast City Council recently revealed that vandalism and theft of the 'Belfast Bikes' is costing £1,800 a month - and a third of the cycles are out of action as a result. Now the situation has taken a sinister turn. Vandals have been removing bolts that hold the bike frames together. Adam Turkington, organiser of the city's Culture Night, came a cropper when the bike he'd hired fell apart. He told Stephen what happened.
