Boat Radio - Luca Bassani of Wally Yachts

Luca Bassani, creator and owner of Wally Yachts, invited Boat Radio LIVE’s Dawn MacPhee on board Wally sailing superyacht, Magic Blue, as the crew ran tests ahead of the Palma Vela. Set against the backdrop of the magnificent capital of the Balearic Islands, the Palma Vela marks the start of the Mediterranean regatta season and is the first event of the year on the Wally Class racing calendar. Signor Bassani chatted about boats, of course, and also his lifelong passion for the sea. The first Boat Radio LIVE event was a special six-hour programme, broadcast from the deck of a beautiful old fishing boat, berthed in Port de Sóller on the north coast of Mallorca.
