Mitch's Uptake

The events taking place in the Middle East were directly responsible for my going back to school to study religion...as it affects our lives today in this world. After not too short a time covering events in the Middle East and specifically Baghdad, it was clear to me that little could change the way they perceive the rest of the world and the way we perceive them. It was clear that as soon as U.S. troops left, it would begin anew. How long did it take........two days? I am sincerely and prayerfully concerned about non-violent Iraqis left in the wake of this troubling war as the U.S. will not be going back. They know this. So too do the bad guys. It has begun.
