World Water Day 2017: Water now scarce resource in Lagos

Some residents of Lagos want the state government to make portable water accessible to all to address the high cost of buying the commodity and to check the spread of water borne diseases.
They made the call while speaking with correspondent Innocent Ooh on the occasion of this year's world Water Day Celebration with theme: Wasted Water.
