LISTEN: Chief Exec of @EMASNHSTrust tells Capital they're determined to reduce the time it takes to reach patients

East Midlands Ambulance Service have told Capital they are determined to reduce the time it takes to reach patients after being told they've made big improvements.

This morning the Care Quality Commision have said the service are no longer inadequate when it comes to safety but they still need to improve further.
