Anataban Youth Group expands Bloodshedfree Campaign to Yei

The Ana Taban youth advocacy group is embarking on a campaign to rally the support of the people of Yei for a blood-shed-free 2017.
Yei has been the scene of conflict in recent months, sending thousands of refugees pouring into neighbouring Uganda. Speaking to Radio Miraya from Yei town, Manash Mathiang a member of the group said they are reaching out to the people at the grassroots to discuss their role in peacebuilding.
Mathiang told Miraya Breakfast show that the Anataban youth group are also planning a major concert to tap into the talents of young people to spread messages of peace through song and dance.
