Can a stay at home mom justify sending both kids to summer camp?

Will says his wife Stephanie stays at home so there's no justification for her to have hit him with an eight thousand dollar bill for their two boys summer camp stay. The boys don't want to go, he doesn't want to pay, so what's the problem? Mom says she needs a break and has already paid the fifteen hundred dollar deposit!
