911 recordings reveal frantic response to deadly Sandy shooting

Dispatch recordings released on Tuesday show 911 witnesses to a deadly shooting near Brookwood Elementary School flooded phone lines in the minutes afterward. Some became emotional when describing the scene. Investigators believe Jeremy Patterson rammed the SUV in which Memorez Rackley was riding, then shot and killed Rackley and one of her sons.
