A number of fatalities as blaze engulfs tower block in London - @TomBurridgebbc reports

A story dominating the headlines this morning - a fire has ripped through Grenfell Tower in West London. The fire brigade has confirmed there have been fatalaties - but we do not know how many at this point. Stephen talks to BBC reporter Tom Burridge, Cllr Robert Atkinson who represents the Kensington and Chelsea area and former Professor of Architecture at Queens Tom Wooley.
