The windiest town in Spain is watersports paradise. Tarifa boasts 52 windsurfing or kite schools. The city, in the south of Spain, features interesting Moroccan-style architecture, too. It's just across the water from North Africa. Keri Jones spoke with travel writer Joseph Kennedy about the destination which he now calls home.
