Connecticut State Sen. Art Linares, R-33, is urging Gov. Dannel P. Malloy to sign a bill that would expand the apprenticeship program in Connecticut. The bill, sponsored by Sen. Linares, passed both chambers of the General Assembly and has bipartisan support. Sen. Linares talks about the bill in this interview.
