Ireland's first public toilet for dogs - would that be a good idea for NI?

A town in Co Kerry has opened its first public toilet for DOGS. This is a new initiative in Dingle and their Tidy Towns schemes. Could this idea work here? Stephen spoke to the man behind it, Richie Williams and got the views of commentators Fionola Meridith and Heidi McAlpin.
