Can he move forward after hearing about her past?

Alexis and Brad have been dating for a couple months and the other day he asked her what her "number" was. When he heard her tally was more than his he kind of freaked out. Alexis says he's been acting weird ever since, she wants him to move forward or move on! What do you think about this?
