Bonfire pallet row rages as Sinn Fein say sue council

Belfast City Council have found themselves in the middle of another bonfire row. The council stored wood pallets for two bonfires in the city at council premises. It's now emerged that the pallets have since been stolen from the council. So should the council have put itself in this position in the first place? Or were they doing their best in an impossible situation? Vinny spoke to commentator Chris Donnelly, PUP councillor John Kyle and Sinn Fein councillor Jim McVeigh.
