Sanitary Towels attracting South Sudan girls into School

Crown the Woman, a local Non Government Organisation in South Sudan is is attracting girls back to school with an initiative aimed at helping girls cope with the changes in their bodies.

The organisation supplies the towels in selected schools in Juba and provides menstrual hygiene education to the girls.

Naome Aluel, Finance administrator at Crown the woman and Riya Williams, Director Crown the woman, turned up on Miraya Breakfast show to discuss why this initiative is critical for the girls of South Sudan.
