We're being warned not to be distracted by our phones at level crossings in Kent, ahead of the summer holidays. Network Rail's bringing in new technology at five high risk crossings in the county to keep people safer. They've also released a video of teenagers risking their lives by taking photos lying on the tracks at Sittingbourne, in a bid to crack down on trespassers. Tina Hughes' 14-year-old daughter was killed at a crossing in 2005 while out shopping with a friend.
