Parents in Kent are being urged not to leave children home alone during the school holidays. According to the NSPCC there's been a 38 percent rise in the number of cases being referred to the police and children services in the county. There's no minimum legal age - but parents can face neglect charges if a child is at risk of suffering or injury. Colin Peak is from the charity.
