More than 200 homeless people have been supported by volunteers in a part of Kent in less than year - in a bid to prevent deaths. The Dover Outreach Centre was set up last September - and provides a kitchen, showers, a laundry room and an interview room for those who need help. Noel Beamish is from there, and spoke to kmfm.
