SPLM groups sign reconciliation agreement

Sudan People’s Liberation Movement - SPLM factions have signed the Entebbe Declaration to operationalize the Arusha Agreement on the reunification of the SPLM.

The declaration was signed on Thursday at State House Entebbe under the auspices of Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni.
