A new documentary is due to air next week, showing footage previously never shown in the UK - in which the Princess of Wales discusses her marriage, and her love affair with a royal protection officer. The BBC decided to pull its own programme containing the same tapes ten years ago - and there are now calls for Channel Four to do the same. So, should Channel 4 be allowed to show what was private footage - recorded before Diana died 20 years ago? Is it in the public interest, or just interesting to the public? Will you be watching? Stephen has been speaking to Marcus Rutherford - the lawyer of Peter Settelen, who recorded the tapes when he was Diana's voice coach, before selling the rights.
