Glenavon Football Club have been told that they must cover up a memorial to players who gave their lives during the First World War by European football's governing body UEFA. Fifteen players from the Lurgan Blues are commemorated on the memorial at the club's Mourneview Park stadium but the club will have to erect a temporary screen around the memorial, hiding it from public view while UEFA tournament matches are being played at the venue because of regulations on emblems at football stadiums. Three women's under 19 games are due to be staged at the ground. Stephen got reaction from commentator Malachi O'Doherty.
